Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a life sciences professional to perform cell-based and surrogate bioassays in a GMP setting, ensure method qualification/transfer, and maintain rigorous data integrity. This full-time role emphasizes collaboration with internal and external clients and strict adherence to quality systems.

Candidates should hold a life sciences degree with relevant industry experience and be available for a Monday–Friday schedule in the Indianapolis area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science with 4+ years of related industry experience, or Master’s degree with 2+ years of related industry experience.
• Industry experience with reporter-gene assay and cell biology skills (cell culturing, counting, banking); GMP quality system and lab operations experience.
• Ability to work independently and with internal/external clients as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cell-based bioassays and surrogate bioassays such as ligand-binding ELISA in a GMP environment.
• Perform qualification and transfer of analytical test methods in the GMP environment.
• Document laboratory work in notebooks/electronic notebooks and log books, perform data integrity checks, data verification reviews, and communicate final results through electronic systems.
