Reporting to the Medical Education Manager, this role coordinates recruitment, orientation, curriculum compliance, data reporting, and budget management, collaborating with internal and external partners to meet accreditation standards and program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in an educational or medical office/administrative/project management environment preferred.
• Previous Medical Education experience strongly preferred.
• Strong data collection and entry ability with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities for residents; gather evaluations and manage schedules.
• Design and manage program plans, timelines, and budget tracking.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and program policies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for program reviews and site visits.
