Job summary

The University of Louisville is seeking a Department Coordinator V for GME Institutional Accreditation to join the Graduate Medical Education leadership team. You will provide high-level administrative, strategic, and operational oversight of institutional accreditation across 100 accredited programs, 400 training sites, and 750+ trainees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• GMEC & Committee Governance: Manage GMEC and subcommittees in compliance with ACGME standards.
• Annual Institutional Review (AIR): Organize reporting for GMEC participants and data.
• ADS Oversight: Manage annual ACGME ADS updates for all accredited programs and the institution.
• Special Program Reviews: Lead Special Program Review processes per requirements.
• PLA Management: Manage PLA submission on MedHub and guidance through approval.
• Training & Development: Design and deliver training for Program Directors and Coordinators.
• Site Visit & Visit Readiness: Prepare documentation and host CLER site visits; audit requirements.
