Job summary

UF Health in Jacksonville seeks an experienced administrator to manage the Department’s Graduate, Undergraduate and Continuing Medical Education trainings. You will oversee policy development, budgeting, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites and programs.

The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with program directors, and ensuring trainee experiences meet accreditation standards. Collaboration with UF Health education partners and national committees is expected.

Qualifications

• GME management experience required.
• 5-8 years program management ME experience with oversight of multiple training programs and staff.
• Education: Associates or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Supervise staff: Program Administrator and Clerkship Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Program Director(s) and education offices to ensure compliance with ACGME Institutional Requirements and Program Requirements.
• Maintain external regulatory reports (FREIDA, ACGME WebADS, GME Track, ABMS boards).
• Oversee fellowship programs and mentoring of fellowship coordinators.
• Manage recruitment processes, ERAS and NRMP participation, and interview processes.
