Job summary

LEGO Discovery Centre Atlanta seeks a General Manager to drive guest-first strategy, EBITDA growth, and safe, memorable experiences. You will lead the team, forge partnerships, and ensure aligns with Merlin standards and guest expectations.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset, proven leadership across complex operations, and the ability to deliver growth in a high-visitor environment. On-site role in Atlanta, GA with a focus on excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or marketing is desirable.
• Minimum three years manager-level experience in a high visitor volume business.
• Established history of delivering EBITDA targets for at least two years.
• Experience working with children and families is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of guest first and be data-driven in understanding guest needs.
• Ensure a robust marketing plan is in place for product and experience across channels.
• Segment and target customers and identify new markets and audiences.
• Deliver EBITDA growth, 5-year plan and cost control plans.
• P&L management and channel strategy to sustain growth and profitability.
• Lead the attraction’s operations to ensure high guest satisfaction and safety.
