Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or marketing (desirable).
• Three years of manager-level experience in high-visitor-volume business.
• Proven EBITDA targets delivery for at least two years.
• Experience working with children and families preferred.
• Strong leadership, energy, and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive guest-first culture and data-driven guest insights.
• Develop robust marketing plans across channels.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and partnerships.
• Manage P&L and drive EBITDA growth.
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and ROIC targets.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or marketing (desirable).

Minimum of three years manager-level experience in a high visitor volume business.

Established history of delivering EBITDA targets for a minimum of two years.

Experience working with children and families (preferred).

High energy and determination to drive the business to success.
