Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of general manager experience or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Business acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and performance-based management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to any branch locations based on operational needs.
• Must reside near one of our existing locations for the duration of the training program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on operations, finance, customer service, sales strategy, and team leadership in the home services industry.
• Shadow experienced leaders and take on increasing responsibility across key business functions.
• Learn to manage and optimize branch-level P&L, hiring and team development, customer satisfaction, and performance metrics.
• Lead by example to build a culture of accountability, excellence, and safety.
• Prepare to take full operational leadership of a branch as a General Manager upon successful completion of the training program.
