Qualifications

• Must be guest-obsessed and deliver hospitality standards.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the on-duty leader, ensuring fast service and accurate orders.
• Train and develop crew using Chipotle’s training tools.
• Ensure digital orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Learn day-to-day running of the restaurant including scheduling and P&L management.
