Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader in Colorado to drive guest experience and lead a team of hourly teammates. You will oversee merchandising, stocking, pricing, signing, and floor execution while modeling a guest-first culture and delivering results.

In this full-time role, you’ll coach and develop your team, plan daily workloads, and partner with leadership to meet store goals. Flexibility for shifts is required, including peak times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently.
• Lead daily/weekly workload and drive sales goals.
• Train, coach, and develop hourly team members.
