Wendy's in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a General Manager to own the restaurant, lead the team, and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll helm all operations from sales to food quality, with a focus on coaching staff and maintaining brand standards.

The role offers a $60,000–$70,000 base salary, plus quarterly bonus, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and a referral bonus. Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• 2+ years restaurant management experience, ideally as a GM or senior assistant manager.
• Experience managing a P&L and improving sales, labor, and food cost.
• People-first leadership style: develop talent and reduce turnover.
• Strong organization and ability to stay steady under pressure.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsabilidades

• Own the restaurant: lead operations, guest satisfaction, food quality, speed, and cleanliness.
• Drive results: manage P&L, labor, food cost, and inventory to hit targets.
• Build a winning team: recruit, hire, train, and develop crew and shift leaders.
• Set the standard: uphold brand, food safety, and operational standards on every shift.
