Job summary

Trueline Talent’s client, a growing design and landscape services firm in New Jersey, is seeking a General Manager / Operations Leader to drive operational excellence and scale the business in a hands-on environment.

You will lead end-to-end operations, coach project managers, implement workflows, and refine the sales-to-execution process to improve profitability and job costing while guiding planning, forecasting, and budgeting.

• Must have proven experience in operations management within landscape, site development, or related construction services.
• Strong understanding of estimating, job costing, and budgeting practices.
• Ability to organize and build operational frameworks and workflows.

Responsibilities

Trueline Talent’s client, a growing design and landscape services firm in NJwith a strong residential and commercial project portfolio, is seeking a General Manager / Operationsto drive operational excellence and scale the business in a hands-on environment. This role is ideal for someone with substantial experience in landscape, construction, or site development who can enhance processes from sales through fulfillment while leading and coaching a project management team.

What You Will Do as the General Manager / Operations Leader:
