Job summary

Driven Brands The Automotive Training Institute (ATI) seeks a General Manager, Member Programs to own ATI’s portfolio of coaching, training, and advisory services for independent repair shop owners.

You will set strategy, budgets, and performance targets, partner with Finance, Technology, Marketing, and Sales, and drive member outcomes and growth from North Carolina.

Position location: North Carolina. Compensation range: $178,600.00 - $319,000.00 annually.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive experience leading business units, member programs, or professional services with strong operational, financial, and leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to drive results through direct leadership and matrixed influence, with executive presence and relationship building.
• Proven success scaling cross-functional, multi-program organizations and improving performance and profitability.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, investment prioritization, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead ATI’s member-program portfolio as one coordinated business with a clear strategy, financial targets, and an integrated roadmap.
• Develop annual and quarterly plans for member programs, including goals, budgets, priorities, and innovation roadmap.
• Establish portfolio scorecards and monthly reviews; drive accountability for plans and results.
• Own ATI's member escalation and resolution process and translate insights into improvements.
• Partner with Finance to establish reporting and decision-support frameworks; collaborate with Technology, Marketing and Sales to differentiate offerings.
• Lead strategic reviews of existing offerings to enhance value, efficiency, and profitability.
