Global Recruiters of Fort Smith (GRN Fort Smith) is seeking a General Manager (GM) of Mechanical Projects to lead the Dallas-area mechanical projects business with full P&L ownership. The role encompasses performance, growth, and culture, spanning sales, estimating, project execution, safety, and administration.

The GM will drive operational and cultural transformation aligned with Upchurch's enterprise strategy and private-equity expectations, reporting to the EVP of Projects LOB as a senior

Qualifications

• Own P&L, cash flow, backlog quality, and margin outcomes.
• Deliver minimum 15% year-over-year revenue growth while protecting margins.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and reporting using enterprise KPIs.
• Actively manage risk, change orders, claims, and contractual compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, estimating, project execution, safety, and administration.
• Drive workforce development and customer satisfaction for the DFW mechanical projects.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and operate under private-equity expectations.
• Represent the DFW mechanical projects as part of One Upchurch with enterprise stewardship.
