Savory Selections in Charlotte, NC seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations of our neighborhood Italian restaurant. You’ll drive hospitality, coach a high-performing team, and partner with our Director of Operations to grow a community-driven brand.

You’ll ensure top-notch service, consistent food quality, and compliant, efficient cash handling, scheduling, and reporting. We offer growth opportunities, strong support, and a culture that values teamwork.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of management experience in restaurants, hospitality, or retail with responsibility for financial results.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Passion for creating a great work environment and coaching a winning team.
• Guest-first mindset with a genuine desire to make someone’s day.
• Strong ownership, integrity, and accountability in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure every guest feels welcomed with friendly, fast, attentive service.
• Maintain consistent food quality from dough to toppings and bake.
• Oversee cash handling and reconciliation with accuracy.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational paperwork, reports, and schedules.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop team while enforcing policies.
• Create and manage team schedules balancing labor and business needs.
• Hiring, coaching, and termination decisions to build a strong team.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Execute local marketing, community outreach, and promotions to drive traffic.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards.
