Job summary

Apex Service Partners, parent company for J&A Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric, seeks a General Manager in Training to develop under an experienced leader, learn the playbook, and prepare to run a trades business. You will own a department, drive KPIs, coach teams, and manage budgets and P&L. The role leads toward a General Manager position within an Apex partner brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Direct P&L ownership preferred or strong operational leadership experience.
