Golfzon Social Oak Brook in Oak Brook, IL is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of our hospitality experience, including a bar and restaurant anchored by high-tech indoor golf simulators.

You will manage F&B operations, staff hiring and training, budgeting, and customer acquisition through innovative programming, while ensuring top service and guest satisfaction. This role offers a competitive salary and bonus potential with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hospitality management in a full-service restaurant and bar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and staff development experience.
• Experience with hybrid restaurant/entertainment venues is a plus.
• Golf knowledge is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and administer a sound business and organizational plan including operating budget and marketing plans.
• Manage restaurant operations to ensure seamless delivery of products to the customer.
• Hire, develop, and supervise all key employees.
• Maintain food and beverage operations in line with health and safety guidelines.
• Oversee marketing strategy with Regional Director of Marketing.
• Grow league, event sales and memberships at the facility.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for upper management and ownership.
