Qualifications

• Active PGA member or working toward PGA certification.
• Experience teaching golf to players of all ages.
• Strong interpersonal and sales-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using technology-based coaching tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead golf instruction for adults and juniors, including clinics and private lessons.
• Plan and run junior camps and skill development programs.
• Organize leagues, events, and corporate outings with marketing alignment.
• Drive revenue through lessons, memberships, and simulator usage; track sales metrics.
• Support daily facility operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
