Jimmy John's in Greenville, SC seeks an experienced General Manager to lead our crew and deliver Freaky Fast hospitality. You’ll drive daily operations, train teams, and uphold food safety, while optimizing labor and costs to meet guest expectations.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll recruit and coach staff, maintain a clean, high-energy store, and foster a culture of accountability and fun. This role rewards initiative with growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age with valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Jimmy John's Manager Certification and ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Leadership experience in restaurant management or fast casual dining preferred.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Must be able to perform and train in all in‑store roles (Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, In‑Store Shopper, Delivery Driver).

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with Jimmy John's standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a high‑performing team.
• Manage food safety, inventory, and cost of goods (COGS).
• Oversee cash handling, reporting, and labor management.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand excellence.
• Motivate, coach, and develop team members for career growth.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive work environment.
• Set the tone for fun, fast, and professional service every day.
