Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Open Door Policy trainings and related assessments may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and coaching to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Drive store financial performance by monitoring PL, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and shrink reduction to meet sales goals.
• Hire, train, and mentor hourly associates; promote a culture of belonging and inclusion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and implement process improvements.
