Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ASE/GM certifications preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills; ability to work with GM diagnostic equipment.
• Experience with GM warranty repairs and documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Chevrolet and GM vehicles.
• Complete repairs according to GM and dealership standards.
• Verify guest concerns using GM diagnostic equipment.
• Document findings and prepare accurate repair and warranty estimates.
• Follow GM warranty documentation and repair procedures.
• Communicate with service advisors about vehicle status.
• Maintain high safety, quality, and guest-satisfaction standards.
• Continue developing skills through paid GM training.
