Don Johnson's Cumberland Motors in Cumberland, Wisconsin is seeking a Ford Certified Automotive Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford vehicles to Ford and dealership standards. This full-time, daytime role offers no evenings or weekends, relocation assistance, and opportunities for Ford training and certification while you advance your career.

You’ll document findings, prepare estimates, and communicate with service advisors to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or ASE certification preferred.
• 2–3 years in automotive service; Ford certification a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford vehicles.
• Complete repairs according to Ford and dealership standards.
• Verify guest concerns using current diagnostic equipment.
• Document findings and prepare accurate repair and warranty estimates.
• Communicate with service advisors about vehicle status.
• Maintain high safety, quality, and guest-satisfaction standards.
• Continue developing skills through Ford training and certification.
