Qualifications

• GM certification or GM training required or in progress.
• Strong diagnostic, electrical and drivability skills.
• Experience performing GM warranty repairs and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair GM vehicles and related models.
• Complete repairs to GM and dealership standards.
• Verify guest concerns using GM diagnostic equipment and document findings.
• Prepare accurate repair and warranty estimates and communicate status to service advisors.

• Continue professional development through paid GM training.
