Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred.
• Manufacturer certification or B-level qualifications (diagnostics, electrical, engine repair).
• Ability to learn new technology, processes, and service procedures.
• Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment.
• ASE certifications recognized.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Positive attitude with a team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs efficiently and accurately according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and utilize advanced diagnostic tools to assess performance.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair systems including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and more.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors to keep customers informed.
• Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
