Job summary

A family-owned dealership in Havre, Montana is looking for Chrysler Certified Technicians to join their team. The position offers a sign-on bonus and an excellent working environment with opportunities for career advancement. Candidates should have ASE Certification and experience as Service Technicians. Responsibilities include diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing automotive systems. This is a fast-paced role that encourages teamwork and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience desired.
• Certified Manufacturer Technician or B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose systems using special equipment.
• Maintain and repair automotive systems including engine and transmission.
• Communicate with Service Advisor regarding additional services needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer guidelines
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience desired
• Certified Manufacturer Technician or B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• ASE Certification recognized
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player
• Must have a valid and insurable driver’s license
• Must have a clean back ground and driving record check and complete a drug test.
