Job summary

Car Spa, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a General Manager to oversee the car wash, c-store, and oil center, driving performance and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.

The GM will lead a team, manage labor, budgets, and safety programs, and partner with corporate for standards. Successful candidate will coach staff, optimize operations, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail car wash or automotive service environment strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing 20–50 variable-hour employees.
• Comfortable in a high-volume retail setting with 50–100 transactions per hour.
• Demonstrated ability in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop staff to improve performance.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure safety compliance.
