Job summary

Dellenbach Chevrolet in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an experienced GM Automotive Technician to join our service team. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair Chevrolet and GM vehicles, performing general maintenance and repairs with a focus on customer service and quality workmanship.

The role requires GM dealership experience or GM certifications, ASE certifications are a plus, and you must own professional automotive tools. Competitive pay with incentives and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Previous professional automotive technician experience required.
GM or Chevrolet dealership experience preferred.
GM certifications preferred.
ASE Certified Technician experience is a plus.
Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic abilities.
Experience with automotive repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Own professional automotive tools.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, maintain, and repair Chevrolet and GM vehicles
Perform general automotive maintenance and mechanical repairs
Complete brake, suspension, steering, and cooling system repairs
Perform engine and drivability diagnostics and repairs
Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems
Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs
Perform vehicle inspections and road tests
Accurately document repairs and recommended services
Work with service advisors and other technicians to provide an excellent customer experience

Job Details: Job Location: Fort Collins, CO 80525, Salary Range: $25.00 - $40.00 Commission, GM Automotive Technician - Chevrolet Service

Dellenbach Chevrolet is seeking an experienced GM Automotive Technician / Chevrolet Technician to join our service team in Fort Collins.

We are looking for an automotive service professional with strong mechanical and diagnostic skills who can perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostic work on Chevrolet and other GM vehicles.

Technicians with GM dealership experience, GM certifications, ASE certifications, or previous automotive dealership experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Pay & Technician Incentives

$25-$40 per hour based on experience and certifications
Proficiency bonus opportunities
Time-and-a-half pay after 44 flagged hours per week
Additional earning potential based on individual productivity and efficiency
