About General Merchandise

Role Overview

The General Merchandise Expert supports daily store operations, guest service, inventory management, and process execution. No two days are the same, but typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and providing assistance tailored to their needs.
• Maintaining product presentation, signage, and stock accuracy.
• Executing inbound, replenishment, and signing processes.
• Supporting operational procedures and safety standards.
• Assisting with guest services like checkout and digital fulfillment.

Ideal Candidate
