About the Role

As a General Merchandise Expert, you will ensure a seamless shopping experience by managing product presentation, inventory, and customer service across various departments, including Food & Beverage and Food Service.

Responsibilities

1. Greet and engage with guests to create a welcoming environment.
2. Assist guests by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
3. Maintain knowledge of store tools, products, and services.
4. Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked, signed, and priced.
5. Execute inbound, replenishment, and signing processes accurately.
6. Follow safety and operational procedures diligently.
7. Support guest services and digital fulfillment as needed.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Strong customer service skills and a helpful attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively and operate store technology.
• Physical ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds and work on ladders.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
