About the General Merchandise Role

Experts in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent guest experience through product presentation, stock management, pricing, and signage. The team also manages Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing safe and fresh experiences, and supports fulfillment activities like pick, pack, and ship.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for guests
• Assist guests by understanding their needs and providing solutions
• Maintain knowledge of store tools, products, and services
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked, signed, and accurately priced
• Support inbound, replenishment, and inventory processes
• Operate equipment safely and follow operational procedures
• Support guest services including cashiering and digital fulfillment
