Typical Responsibilities

• Greet guests authentically and assist as needed
• Understand guest needs through body language and conversation
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services
• Ensure sales floor is well-stocked, signed, and accurately priced
• Support inbound, replenishment, and inventory accuracy processes
• Follow safety and operational procedures diligently
• Assist with guest services like cashiering and digital fulfillment
