About General Merchandise

Experts in operations, process, and efficiency who ensure a consistent guest experience by managing product setup, stock, pricing, and signage. The team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional signage across all GM areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service.

Role and Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for guests through genuine engagement and assistance.
• Maintain knowledge of store tools, products, and services to support guest needs.
• Ensure the sales floor is properly zoned, stocked, signed, and priced.
• Execute inbound, replenishment, and signing processes accurately.
• Operate equipment safely and follow operational procedures.
• Support guest services and maintain safety, compliance, and ethical standards.
