Our experts focus on operations, process, and efficiency to ensure a consistent guest experience through product availability, accurate pricing, and proper signage. The team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, and promotional signing for all GM areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food-safe experience. They also handle fulfillment tasks like pick, pack, and ship.

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and supporting a guest-first culture
• Experience in retail fundamentals like sales trends, inventory management, and process improvements
• Ability to execute daily tasks supporting business priorities and sales goals

Typical Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests authentically
• Observe and understand guest needs, offering assistance proactively
• Engage with guests to understand and meet their needs
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to assist guests effectively
• Express appreciation to guests for shopping at Target
• Ensure sales floor is well-organized, stocked, and accurately signed and priced
• Prioritize workload with leadership to support business and guest needs
• Set and maintain signage for GM categories and be familiar with current promotions
• Execute inbound, replenishment, backroom, and signing processes
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper presentation of products
• Understand operational procedures like planogram (POG) and product capacities
• Operate power equipment only if certified
• Follow processes carefully, monitor progress, and ensure safety and compliance
• Support guest services, including cashiering and digital fulfillment, while adhering to laws and policies
• Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements
