About General Merchandise

Experts in operations, process, and efficiency who ensure a consistent guest experience through product placement, in-stock availability, pricing, and signage. This team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and presentation for all GM areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a safe and fresh experience. They also handle fulfillment tasks such as pick, pack, and ship.

Role Benefits

Qualifications

• Be interested in stocking, setting, and selling Target products
• Prefer a dynamic work schedule, especially on weekends
• Have a welcoming attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team
• Be capable of lifting up to 44 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in varying temperatures
