Job summary

Inland Group of Companies is seeking an Equipment Operator to support glycol recovery and processing at EWR. You will operate specialized equipment, perform maintenance, and ensure environmental and safety compliance while delivering reliable service to colleagues and airport partners.

The role requires attention to safety, basic math, and teamwork in a dynamic outdoor/warehouse setting at Hillside, NJ. Training is provided; a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications is required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate glycol recovery and processing equipment following SOPs and safety rules.
• Collect spent aircraft de-icing fluid (ADF) with care to minimize loss and environmental impact.
• Monitor and maintain glycol processing systems for optimal performance and efficiency.
• Perform quality checks, sampling, testing, and documentation per regulatory requirements.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and simple repairs on equipment as directed.
• Support transfers and movement of fluids between storage tanks and trucks.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe condition of tools and equipment; comply with security procedures.
