Job summary

Resource Options, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support environmental field services, chemical distribution, and glycol blending by managing inventory, prepping materials for jobs and deliveries, and ensuring safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently or with a team, and capable of lifting and moving materials safely while coordinating with operations and purchasing to maintain smooth workflow.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–3 years of warehouse or industrial operations experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and chemical handling procedures.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move materials safely.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment in line with OSHA and company standards.
  • Manage inventory, perform cycle counts, and receive/inspect incoming shipments.
  • Prepare and stage materials and equipment for field service jobs and deliveries.
  • Perform glycol blending operations, collect samples, and maintain quality control documentation.
  • Track and maintain warehouse and blending equipment, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Collaborate with operations, field service, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with business needs.
