• Lead analytical method development and transfer for clinical and commercial portfolio.
• Support IND/BLAs by drafting analytical sections and responding to inquiries.
• Develop and optimize chromatography-, capillary-, spectroscopy-, and MS-based methods, focusing on Glycan Analysis.
• Prepare, review, and approve analytical protocols and reports.
• Mentor junior scientists and coordinate instrument maintenance.
