• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical method development and transfer for DS/DP across modalities.
• Support regulatory submissions by preparing analytical sections and responses.
• Develop chromatography, spectroscopy, and MS‑based methods focused on Glycan Analysis.
• Document protocols and reports; mentor junior staff.
