Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality, health-conscious meals in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Assist in planning and executing a weekly menu accommodating food allergies.
• Monitor food safety standards including Critical Control Points (CCPs).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas.
• Help manage inventory levels for food and kitchen supplies.
