• Operates straight-line gluers and related equipment.
• Interprets and documents equipment and product standards.
• Maintains equipment and performs basic maintenance.
• Leads and supervises assigned crew members.
• Motivates crew to ensure quality, efficiency and safety.
• Performs other organizational duties as required.
