HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Gluing Operator in Methuen, MA on a full-time, on-site basis. The role involves hands-on operation of folder-gluer equipment, leading a crew, and ensuring safe, high-quality production on a demanding 24/6 schedule.

Candidates should have 3+ years of folder-gluer experience, strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds for 8–12 hour shifts. Overtime and weekend hours are available based on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor folder-gluer equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
• Perform make-ready activities including machine adjustments, glue system setup, and production changeovers.
• Troubleshoot machine issues such as jams, misfeeds, and glue application problems to minimize downtime.
• Lead and support production crew members while promoting safety, quality, housekeeping, and SQF standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of folder-gluer machine operating experience.
• Prior lead, crew leader, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout 8-12 hour shifts.

Hours

24/6 production schedule, full-time position; overtime and weekend hours available based on production demands.
