The Glue Line Operator is a full-time, on-site role located in Roanoke, VA. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring glue line machinery used in the production of folding cartons, ensuring equipment is set up correctly and runs efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include feeding materials into machines, performing routine adjustments, verifying glue application, and conducting visual and measured inspections to maintain quality standards. The Glue Line Operator will follow production schedules, record production data, and collaborate with supervisors and team members to address issues such as jams, defects, or equipment malfunctions. The role also involves maintaining a safe, clean work area, adhering to company safety protocols, and participating in ongoing training to support continuous improvement.
