Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a strategic Business Development Lead to drive the global GLP-1 market initiative from discovery to manufacturing and quality control. You will partner with regional teams, product management, R&D, and applications to shape market strategy, opportunities, and commercial execution across Waters’ LC, LC-MS, Columns and Chemistry, and Software portfolios.

In this role you will build market models, lead cross-functional programs, and identify adjacent growth

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline is required.
Advanced degree is preferred for advanced roles.
Experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, analytical instrumentation, or life sciences.
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication capabilities.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 25-35%.

Responsibilities

Lead Waters' global GLP-1 market development strategy.
Develop market segmentation, sizing, competitive intelligence, and growth plans.
Collaborate with regional teams to translate insights into roadmaps and programs.
Identify portfolio expansion opportunities and build business cases.
Partner with marketing, product management, and R&D across Waters portfolios.
