Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and project management.
• Experience in fabrication environments with stainless steel and piping.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution and design reviews for glovebox systems.
• Create production work packages and coordinate welders and fabricators.
• Resolve shop-floor manufacturing and fit-up issues.
• Review 2D/3D CAD in SolidWorks/AutoCAD; check layouts.
• Develop timelines, milestones, and manage risks.
• Track fabrication hours and allocate resources to stay on schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors to source glovebox hardware.
• Support FAT, leak tests, and commissioning.
• Ensure builds meet specs, QA, and safety standards.
• Act as the link between design, shop, and project teams.
