Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, environmental science, natural sciences, outdoor education, or a related field and at least five years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate programs for K-12 audiences with measurable outcomes.
• Experience building partnerships with schools and diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of youth education, leadership development, and conservation programs.
• Develop a clear youth engagement pathway including internships and teen leadership.
• Coordinate program scheduling, registration, transportation, and scholarship support.
• Manage budgets and collaborate with external partners to advance objectives.
