Databricks is seeking an experienced Global Workplace Services Lead focused on events & experiences to develop and drive strategy and execution across our portfolio. This full-time, in-office role is based in San Francisco, CA, with travel to critical hubs.

You will lead end-to-end planning for high-visibility events, build global playbooks, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, collaborate across internal teams, and mentor workplace specialists to deliver world-class experiences.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years leading workplace experience, experiential events, or hospitality programs within a fast-growing global tech company.
• Strong background in planning and driving large-scale, high-budget corporate events on a global scale.
• Experience with in-office event execution and complex logistics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-region workplace experience strategy with an operational roadmap and timeline.
• Direct end-to-end planning and delivery for high-visibility workplace events, supervising staff and troubleshooting on-site.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications, People/HR, Executive Assistants, Corporate Marketing, IT/AV, Security, and local leaders to ensure seamless events.
