Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven workforce planning experience in multi-channel contact centers.
- Ability to translate complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Analytical and quantitative skills with forecasting and modeling experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop short, medium and long-term demand forecasts across frontline and back-office channels.
- Collaborate with regional operations, training, recruitment, and global planning teams to build staffing models.
- Refine forecast modeling approaches and align assumptions with leadership.
- Model scenarios for engagements influencing location strategies and operating models.
- Turn consumer contact drivers into insights to improve forecast accuracy.
- Track performance metrics such as forecast accuracy and headcount vs. budget.
