Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Sr Production Planner to shape production planning for a growing site. You will translate supply-chain dependencies into effective, cost-aware plans for the LVA ramp-up and collaborate with global sites.

Strong planning expertise, SAP proficiency and data-driven storytelling are required. In this role you will drive short-term scheduling, contribute to digitalization, and support other planners while balancing delivery, feasibility and cost across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in production planning or a similar role.
• Deep production-planning expertise.
• Experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute short-term scheduling and drive short- to medium-term planning activities.
• Contribute with improvement ideas and deployment on digitalization agenda.
• Balance service, feasibility and cost when making planning decisions.
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing planning practices and workflows.
• Use data and planning insights to support effective decision-making.
• Communicate complex supply-chain dependencies and planning principles clearly.
• Collaborate with production managers, engineers, and site colleagues.
• Support other planners and contribute planning expertise across the wider organization.
• Help enable a smooth ramp-up of the LVA factory.
• Strengthen end-to-end collaboration across teams and touchpoints.
