Job summary

Accenture’s Workday Practice is seeking a Lead for Workday Financials P2P/S2P to partner with clients in delivering cloud-based HR and financial management solutions. You will drive requirements, design and prototyping, and guide workshops to ensure cohesive delivery across streams.

Travel may be required. A Workday Financials Partner Certification and 3+ years of consulting and Workday P2P/S2P experience are essential. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Workday Financials Partner Certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant or similar role.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials P2P or S2P experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if an Associates degree, 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.
• Lead workshops for client education.
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
• Support the Financials Lead in architecting Workday P2P/S2P solutions.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping and apply Workday/Accenture methodologies.
