ODIN Fashion Corporation is seeking a Sales Assistant to support our wholesale sales team and deliver superb service to retailers across the United States and international markets.

You will assist with daily order processing, communicate with customers about products and pricing, and help prepare for trade shows and client appointments. A detail‑oriented, proactive salesperson with strong Excel skills will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with spreadsheets and large amounts of product or customer data.

• Assist sales representatives with daily customer and account needs.
• Help prepare, enter, review, and follow up on customer orders.
• Communicate with customers regarding products, pricing, availability, orders, and shipments.
• Follow up with existing customers on new products, open orders, and sales opportunities.
• Help organize customer information, notes, and follow-up tasks.
• Provide customers with product photos, catalogs, pricing, and other sales materials.
• Assist customers with navigating our wholesale website and online ordering system.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and other departments regarding customer orders and requests.
• Help prepare for trade shows, customer appointments, and sales presentations.
• Assist the sales team during domestic and international trade shows and other company events when needed.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed for trade shows, customer visits, supplier meetings, and other business activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize, review, and maintain sales, customer, product, and order information.
• Identify outstanding issues and follow up to ensure customer requests are completed.
• Provide general administrative and organizational support to the sales team.
