Job summary

Raide, based in Boulder, CO, seeks a Head of Sales to lead wholesale, expand the brand in retail, and manage key accounts. You will partner with leadership, product, and marketing to scale the wholesale organization while maintaining Raide’s performance-focused, authentic brand voice.

This is a strategic, relationship-driven role responsible for growth opportunities, forecasting, and building out a wholesale team as the company scales across NA and international markets.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years in international wholesale sales for outdoor gear.
• Experience with specialty outdoor retailers and industry accounts.
• Strong network within the outdoor retail community.
• Proven ability to grow wholesale presence while maintaining brand positioning.
• Strong forecasting and planning capabilities.
• Willing to travel monthly; international quarterly trips.

Responsibilities

• Lead wholesale strategy across North America and international markets.
• Manage key retail accounts and maintain strong relationships.
• Forecast demand and align sales with production planning.
• Help price Raide products internationally.
• Drive sell-through through merchandising and storytelling with retailers.
• Coordinate sales representation with independent reps and distributors.
• Attend key industry events and act as a strong ambassador for the brand.
• Provide market feedback to inform product development and strategy.
• Wholesale support on warranty, order changes, etc.
• Manage and grow a wholesale and dealer services team.
